What if the size of the t-shirt I bought is too small or too large?

We provide a size-chart so you can always check which size you need. If you received the size you ordered but the size is too small or too large and the t-shirt hasn`t been used or washed, you can exchange the t-shirt with the size you need. Just return the t-shirt and after you paid the postal costs we will send you one with the required size.

What to do with production errors?

Each hektik.cc product has been made with great care and is thoroughly checked on production errors. Should you find a flaw in your ordered product, you can return it to us (on your expenses) and we will replace it with an undamaged one (on our expenses). If the product is sold out in the size you want it, we will refund your payment. 

What to do if I am not satisfied?

We guarantee your satisfaction! If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your order you can return the good(s) within 14 days and you will receive a refund or you can exchange the items. 

How to return

Please send us an email or give us a call on +31 10 4139619 and we will sort it out for you. We're not responsible for returns in transit so please use a recorded service to make sure they arrive safely. All exchanges/returns must be in new, unused condition. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after we receive the returned products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
