What is your delivery time?
We will send your order directly after receiving the payment. If an article is temporarily out of stock we will contact you directly. By standard we use the regular postal service and depending on where you live it can take from 2 until 7 days. When placing order please take Sundays and national holidays into consideration. Should you prefer an express delivery please email us your request. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail containing all necessary information, including a tracking number for your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipments are carried by PostNL or DPD and are sent via regular mail. In step 2 of 4 during your ordering process, the shipping-cost will be calculated. Within The Netherlands we currently offer free shipping on all orders from €35,- and as low as €2,- for orders below €35,-

Do I need to pay custom/ duty charges?
Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties. We are unable to specify the exact amount of duties and taxes you might have to pay for your package as these charges are decided by your local Customs. Please note that in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Do contact your local customs office for detailed information. Hektik.cc can not be held liable for any customs/ duties charges occurred due to your country`s legislation.
Uncollected packages
Any additional shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by hektik.cc but will be invoiced to the customer.
